Technical choices
This site is published as pages computed in advance: the server runs no program when you arrive, which reduces both the attack surface and the amount of data concerning you.
Hosting
The site and the processing of the form are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., whose details appear above. Content is delivered from the host's edge network; any audience measurement is the host's own, without cookie or persistent identifier.
No tracking
No tracking cookie, no advertising tracker, no call to a third-party measurement service. The only resources your pages load are served by this site, apart from the form's anti-robot widget, which is provided by the host.
Processing of the form
Your request is checked and then sent by email to the publisher, who handles it directly. It passes through no prospecting provider and no advertising platform.
Personal data
This site stores no tracking cookie and carries no advertising tracker.
Data collected
Only what you type into the contact form: preferred date, surname, first name, profession, field, RPPS number, address, email, phone, plan considered and message.
Purpose
To handle your pre-booking request, confirm that you are a practitioner, and get back to you. No advertising use, no transfer to a third party.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you send the form, and the legitimate interest of LAEGIS in dealing with the requests it receives.
No health data
This site neither asks for nor receives any information about a patient. Practitioners renting a room remain solely responsible for their patients' records, which are never deposited with LocaPsy.
Retention period
Your data is kept while your request is being dealt with, then for three years from our last exchange, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on prospect data. After that it is deleted.
Display preferences
Your theme, language, text size and text warmth are kept in your browser's local storage. That information never leaves your device; it is strictly functional and therefore requires no consent.
Your rights

This site aims for conformance with the French RGAA and with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Conformance status
No RGAA audit has been carried out yet, so the site claims no level of conformance. Contrast, keyboard navigation, heading structure and form labelling are checked on every build by automated tests. The status will be published here as soon as the audit is done.
